EAST PENDER.

​​The Pender warehouse project was a complete rebuild. All old switch gear and HV equipment was safely disconnected and removed from the building, enabling construction to begin on the Renovations. We then started from the ground up building a very usable and expandable electrical room. Due to the nature of the buildings construction a suspended grid was designed for us to mount lighting to. Fluorescent highbay lighting was then installed throughout the warehouse. All new electrical outlets and switching was install in the office and production areas.
